I CALLED TO GET A QUOTE ON A SPADE FOR MY CORGI . THE DOCTORS VISIT AND BLOOD TEST IS PART OF QUOTE THAT YOU PAY UP FRONT THEN WOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM FINAL BILL. AFTER BLOOD WORK ...

AFTER BLOOD WORK I WAS TOLD AGAIN THAT THE UP FRONT FEE WOULD BE DEDUCTESD NO PROBLEM. WHEN I WENT TO PAY THEY CHERGED ME THE TOTAL QUOTE NOT DEDUCTING DOCTORS VISIT. DONT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME.OR GET IT IN WRITIENG. more

I found a good veterinarian!! 9/22/2009

Wanted to find a skilled and compassionate vet for my (2) dogs and I believe I found just that at Ridgetop and Dr. Shannon Heath. Hours of operation are certainly extensive, prices good, and I have the sense that my babies are in good hands and THAT is the bottom line. With a new puppy and a mature dog to care for, I hope to be a content client for many years. more

All I can say is that they are VERY EXPENSIVE. Expect to pay a lot if you go there. more

I have two large breed dogs. My previous vet was Wheaton Way Vet Clinic in Bremerton. I have had both dogs into Ridgetop and the staff have been AWESOME! Ridgetop charged me less than half the amount that Wheaton Way wanted to charge me to spay one of my dogs, a very large overall savings. The same lab work was completed (to check for other undiagnosed conditions) and the procedure was done without problems. Great office, great staff, great location. I will continue to take my pets here. more

Great service 10/15/2008

Everyone from receptionist, to vet assistant, doctor and cashier were terrific. Very good with my dog and I appreciated their willingness to take time and explain whatever I wanted to know. more

This office is wonderful if your pet needs to be spayed or neutered. We took our "sorta" mini dachshund in to get "fixed" and they were so kind and efficient. We brought him in first thing in the morning and later that day he came home with us. They offered pain relief and great after care instructions for our dog. I felt that they really cared more
