Dr. Paulson is the "salt of the Earth" as far as our family is concerned. Not only is he an accomplished veterinarian and surgeon, but he has a huge heart and is dedicated to his patients far beyond any other vet we have ever used. \r \r He is a "miracle worker" (perhaps with a little divine guidance) and has given me the security and confidence that is beyond reproach in regards to taking care of our dogs (other children).\r \r If I were a rich man I would start the Paulson Foundation in his honor, but since I am not I hope this testimonial will stand as a token of how my family feels. Dr. Paulson has been taking care of a very beloved dog who has Transitional Cell Carcinoma. In addition to being very on top of his game, he has gone the extra mile with exploring roads less traveled at this point -- to see if they have merit. My experience with this veterinary clinic was disheartening. I was new to the area and looking for a caring, reliable animal clinic. Instead, I found the front desk staff to be hurried and somewhat disorganized and the vet I saw, Dr. Kuhn, to be a mirror image of the staff. She hurried through the examination, seemingly unwilling to take time to answer questions. \r After seeing another vet, I found some of the things she recommended were not advised. I feel that my animal was not in good hands there and wouldn't recommend the clinic. more

Where do I begin, I hope I have enough room for all of my characters! :) We started going to Ridgetop Animal Hospital about 5 years ago. We have two Bichon Frise that we love very much! We first started going there to see Dr. Steele for accupuncture on our little girl dog. She did that for nearly a year, and it really helped a lot. Dr. Steele now owns her own clinic in Ocean Shores, we miss her a lot, but are very glad for her to be where she loves....the ocean! Then we met Dr. Heath (in an emergency situation) our little boy dog had accidentally got his tail stuck in a door, ouch! She had to remove most of his tail but did a wonderful job. Then we met Dr. Cage as our little boy had a lump on his chest....we were concerned, Dr. Cage was very thorough and confident which helped us to relax. She removed the lump and it was not a tumor. Dr. Paulson is very thorough and caring. His prices are reasonable and he's honest, giving us several options for treatment. I have 3 bulldogs which require constant care and I trust him 100 percent. Highly recommend him to others. more

Being a former vet. tech of 12 years and a breeder I am VERY picky on the care of my dogs. Dr Paulson is wonderful! Down to earth, tells it like it is, and doesn't push unnessary treatments or medications. Goes step by step. A topnotch veterinary team and a helpful, service oriented, caring group of individuals make up their staff. They understand the importance of our pets. They offer just what we need from emergency care, regular check-ups or time to say good bye and cry when the worst has happened. Reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

In the middle fo the night when you have a problum you can rush to the ER if its that important. A pet however, is not as easy.. But Ridgetop is!! Its very close and you get in quick! You can also get your pets washed or buy things for them more

We absolutely love the Veterinarians at Ridgetop. They have been treating our animals since they were just tiny things. Everytime we go in they treat us as if we were the only ones who matter in the world. They are relatively inexpensive as far as vets go and provide everything from simple exams to complex surgery. They have performed two complete knee replacements on one of my dogs and she is happy and healthy. All of the vets,Dr. Paulson, Dr. Heath, Dr. Steele and their newest addition Dr. Cage have incredible bedside manner and our pets just love going to see them. more
