The wife and I took my bike to these guys in August, 2006. They disassembled it, did the prelims, and gave us a total for repair, requiring payment in advance. We had it paid, in full, by November, 2006. It's now December, 2007, and my bike's still in pieces, chrome rusting from neglect, sitting at the shop. Lies and excuses have been the only thing they've managed to do regarding the repair of my bike. The parts aren't that difficult to find, and the service to be performed is pretty straight forward, and well within the scope of any professional, and most shade tree mechanics. Yet, it sits.
Pros: They know their stuff...
Cons: ...getting them to put it to use is another matter altogether.
