In a word: Uninterested. I shop frequently at the Ridgedale Mall, and have looked at their products with the idea that I might consider switching to CenturyLink/DirectTV combination. However, the staff they have at this booth always seem to be ignoring their prospective customers. The employees always seem to be standing and talking to each other, or typing on the computer. On several occasions with several different salespeople, I've tried asking questions. I always get ""just a minute"", and no immediate response. I've always felt this kind of customer service is very reflective of the actual business itself, so it steers me towards their competitors. This business model is quite possibly the worst public facade that I've seen, ever.
