My mother was a resident there at Ridgecrest 2 and it was the worst experience ever. These are the same owners as Ridgecrest 1. I saw how the caregivers would get frustrated with the patients, especially with feeding. They would shove food down the patients mouths. The bathrooms smelled something awful. The closets were all falling apart. There were rodent droppings out in the patio; and not just a few. Patients seemed to always have bruises. It was a blessing when we took mom out of there. She received bruises and they never called us to tell us what had happened. We found out a week later when we went to visit her and then couldn't get anyone to give us reason. That place is a nightmare.
