iStorage Huntsville has excellent customer service. The young lady I spoke to there was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. She gave me different options with the storage that I could choose from. I started storing there in October. The facility is clean and well-kept. I like that the area itself is safe as well and that everything is so well lit. The staff is professional and customer friendly. I feel comfortable there. more

I had a storage unit at iStorage Huntsville originally that I was having difficulty driving my car into. That's the reason I wanted the storage. When another one became available, they swapped it over and they did it with ease. I didn't have to do anything other than clean the old one out and get my car to the new one. They transferred all of the documents over seamlessly. During the whole period of time I was there, I had great service. Every time I went in to talk with the lady at the front desk, I always had a good conversation. Even when it became iStorage from whatever the name was before, that transition was seamless as well. It's a good facility and a good location. more

I have never run into any problems with iStorage of Huntsville. The facility is nice and clean enough, as are the people who run it. You can't ask for too much more from a storage place. more

We had an emergency during the flood, where we had to rent a storage unit for our pianos. We needed the job to be done quickly, and after calling at least twenty storage facilities, we chose to go with iStorage Huntville. It's been a great experience so far. They were able to get us in quickly, and the price was more than fair. Our unit even had climate control, which we needed for our pianos. The units were clean and well taken care of. The woman who helped us was wonderful and professional. She was really nice, and she explained everything well. If for some reason we were a day behind on our payment, she always gave us a call, so as to make sure they wouldn't sell our stuff or anything. This iStorage is far away from where we live. Even so, we still chose them over any of the other options, and we would definitely recommend them to others. more

iStorage Huntsville has meet all my expectations. They have informed me if there was a reason I could not access my storage unit (repaving drive) in plenty of time and have answered all calls promptly and professionally. Great job!! more

I hate moving, but iStorage of Huntsville provided fine service. I used one unit there when I needed a place to put my stuff before my move. The woman there was very nice and helpful. more

Storage facility has good security with video cameras and keypad gate. Unit is clean and bug/rodent free. Some units have an interesting drive area on angles. more

I'm very satisfied with iStorage Huntsville. Wendy's about as sweet as you can be. She's a doll. They need to get more people like her. She's just so friendly and so nice. She's just nice as you can be. She always calls me when my storage is due and everything. They go out of their way to help. I've been there probably about six, seven, or eight years. The unit is great. iStorage is the best you can get. more

I am royally mad at iStorage Huntsville. My storage unit got broken into. I have insurance, but I have not received anything. I called the police about it. iStorage said they had surveillance, but the cameras weren't even facing my unit. i lost at least $50,000 in the theft that I had in collectibles, jewelry, et cetera. I have insurance and I don't know why that's not happening. The gate was broken and they just drove on through. They didn't have to type in the pin, nothing. Maybe my stuff wouldn't have gotten stolen. I am very disappointed with iStorage. more
