Ride West Bmw

I've purchased two new bikes (and traded in two old bikes) from Ride West in the past 5 yrs; have purchased various parts, clothing, and accessories; and have had my BMWs serviced there. I have never been anything but totally pleased with my experience. I would highly reccommend BMW and Ride West to any motorcyle enthusiast. more

If you're an enthusiast, you cannot find a friendlier, more competent buch of guys. I have bought two bikes from them. The parts and service is staffed with people who love what they do and know what they're doing. My bike is important to me (I commute every day), and they take care of me well. My salesman Raman was a terrific class act, smart and honest, with no nonsense and no BS and no pressure. Bill in parts, too, makes you feel like you are getting a bmw luxury experience. I purchased a 2004 BMW R1150GS from Ride West a couple of years ago. I was mostly pleased with the transaction although there was a small amount of new vehicle dealer nonsense involving salesman going to talk to the sales manager etc. But all in all it was a good experience. Somehow I do not think that new vehicle dealers can avoid the going back and forth to the sales manager routine. I have bought many new vehicles and this transaction was way more pleasant than any I have had before. Since then I have used both there parts and service department and all my experiences have been A+. The staff are friendly, helpful, professional and just fun to deal with. I would certainly purchase another bike from them and will do so once I pay off the GS. Maybe a new K bike. =) more
