These people need some classes on how to be more friendly and make patients feel comfortable. A few months ago, I went in for a basic cleaning, the woman was soo rough and kept stabbing my gums! I almost grabbed her hand a few times from the pain! I kept telling her, ""you are getting my gums!"" She acted like she didnt know, then kept dabbing the blood!! Well, I figured she wasnt the dentist, so maybe he will be better. I needed an appointment for my daughter to have teeth pulled. Terrible experience! She was only 15, they told me to stay in the waiting room, she wanted me with her. So, by the time I sat down, I'd say 10 minutes later she comes walking out like a zombie!! She was crying, and had saliva and blood dripping from her mouth. They were looking at us like we were stupid! Im like ""can I have some tissues!?"" My daughter said they numbed her, but she was yelling that she felt pain and the dentist told her ""be quiet and open up"". I think he did not wait for the novacain to set it, because she was out tooo fast for 4 wisdom teeth to be pulled!! more

After a string of horrible dentists I have to say that I’ve been very pleased with Dr. Rico (who is male, so I don’t know who the other commenter is talking about). He’s good at explaining things and in particular he was quite skilled with two cavities that I needed filled. I just wish that the office staff at this location wasn’t so incredibly incompetent and (occasionally) quite rude and condescending. If it wasn't so hard to find a decent dentist I'd be done with them. more

Everyone's health is important to them,and that includes your teeth, too, right? \r Well, mine are very important to me. I have had a hard time finding a sincere, honest, good dentist.\r I have been to Bright Now Dental in Parma Hts, Ohio for several appointments, after finding out my longtime \r dentist is retiring....\r Anyhow some of the staff at Bright Now are pretty dumb and some just look at you like DUH when you walk up to the desk..... they never explain what to expect on a visit. This organization does not have any specialists, and they like to refer me to specialists that cost in the thousands....which is out of my budget...\r The dentist was fine, but yet confusing to me, she never explained exactly what she would be doing on my visit, I would have to repeatedly ask her to tell what, etc. Seems like she and her helper were just in a rush to get me IN and OUT of there..... I am still in the dark about what is going on...... NOT a good experience ... Pros: Cost effective for low incomes Cons: Lack of expanation by staff, rushed job, lack of manners by some staff, lack of cleanliness more
