Run From The Dealership! 9/3/2009

I purchased a motorcycle from them. It was not safety inspected. \r Under NC law Article 3a Section 20-183.4c-paragraph a2, a vehicle for retail sale in NC must be inspected. NC DMV has no record of an inspection. My rear tire was shot and rear brake rotor and pad shot. Tried to resolve issues. They do not want to deal with your legitimate concerns. My Advise is run from the dealership as fast as you can. Also they charge an ADMIN FEE\r of 198 dollars. Which is a BS fee to inflate their profit.
