Nice Folks, Good Service 7/19/2013

It is a busy shop. I dropped of my truck around 8:00am for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. It wasn't ready until 5:20pm. I like the Rick's they are friendly people. more

Like family 7/3/2013

I'm a full time student with a part time job. My truck broke down and I had it towed to Rick's. I couldn't afford the fuel pump cost at the time so they let me keep my truck on their lot for a few days while I was out of town until I could get it back to my house to do the repair. I cannot wait to be making money whereby I will gladly hand it over for those guys to do the work! I really appreciated the way they treated me just as if I had let them do the job. more

reasonable prices and friendly customer service 7/1/2013

Our family was new to the Mechanicsville area and we happened to live close to Rick's so we started taken all of our cars and trucks there and have been very very satisfied with them. Very friendly customer services and reasonable prices! more

close to work,reliable 6/8/2013

I work half days on Fridays. I bring my car in the night before for routine maintenance, and it is ready by 11:00. Great customer service. I do tell everyone new to Mechanicsville about Ricks. Thanks more
