I can't believe how pretty this fence is! I needed something to enclose the yard at my newly purchased home, and Rick's Fencing did an unbelievably good job. The fence is better built than anything else in the neighborhood, gorgeous cedar (improved the look of an already nice little house), perfect for keeping my two little dogs in...it's perfect. Not to mention that every step was handled professionally, courteously, and with attention to exactly what I wanted. I am so pleased with my experience! We used the new Endeck and it is great. Ryan who did the work is a perfectionist and deserves a BIG bonus for his craftsmanship. I will and already have told friends and family, or anyone in shouting distance about your company. From David who did the bid and talking to us about what kind of deck would be right for us to Ryan the master craftsman, all went perfect and the little wrinkles that came up were taken care of right away. I can't tell you how astounded my husband and I were to have our deck so beautifully restored! We have lived in many states and in each have dealt with many builders, and/or renovators, and vendor. Some provided no service, some provided service only after we threatened action, some few saw their job not as building or renovating, but as providing a quality product and satisfying customers. Those companies built the best repuations and inspired customer loyalty. Rick's Custom Fencing and Decking is now a the top of that list for us! How that service is delivered is of course critical. Rick's Fencing installed a fence at my rental property last summer. The job was done for more $ than other bidders and was recommended by a friend as the biggest fence company in P-town and the extra cost would be worth it. I paid the extra cash to get a higher quality fence than was available with the lower cost contractors. They used 1/2" fence boards ( I found out that 3/4" is what you should get) and were wild with the fasteners. No care to the look of the finished product. The job was completed in one day. 170' of 6 ft. tall fence in one day. The post were put in the ground in powdered cement and I was told it was the best way and would not be a problem. My fence fell down in Oct. and was re installed by D and V fence. They took 2 days and did a fine job for 10% less than Rick's. I will never recommend Rick's to any of my friends or clients. more

The best thing about Rick's is that you can buy all the pieces to do the work yourself. Instead of going to Home Depot you can go there and get quality deck or fence supplies already pre-cut and ready to go. My husband built a high quality fence all by himself for the first time and they walked him through the whole thing. They will also build it for you, but their prices are expensive. The work I have seen them do is excellent, so you do have to pay a little extra for that. more
