I would never go back to this place, He continuously put crappy parts on my car. I brought the car back and he made it out like nothing was wrong. he was very argumentive about it even though he replaced the parts, They were still crappy and made noise, I brought my car to another place, who told me the parts used were junk. I ate the 600 plus dollars went someplace else where the parts were replaced with good quality parts and I no longer hear a noise. I also had all of my coils replaced for the price Rick charged me for 2. he should seriously think about retiring. more

I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. WHY??? 1) Rick's provides the best service anywhere and is honest as they come. 2) He has great pricing. 3) Gets you're car in, then out - quickly! 4) And if you think Town Fare Tire is the best place to buy tires, again, check out Rick's Automotive. Very hard to find a Reliable Auto repair location today, Rick?s Automotive was recommended by Associates at my work place. My Associate?s at work have long standing reliable Auto Repair Experiences with Rick?s Automotive. My car has been plagued with a break issue for over 8 months, my local Service person would to fix the break issue but 3 to 4 months would pass and the Break issue would be plaguing me again. I went to Rick's after having a few members of my church recommend it and I would add my own kudos. My friend's two cars were quoted beyond what they could afford at another garage, but Rick fixed them both with a very low price attached. She is a woman and so am I, so finding a mechanic who won't rip us off when they see us coming is a very good thing! more

Rick's is run by good, honest people. The first time I went there I was on the rebound from Firestone who had quoted me 200 bucks for labor on a water pump while Rick's was gonna charge me less than that for the whole shebang! My bill went from almost 400 to less than 200. Wow, they are awesome. I know women are sometimes more comfortable going into a chain repair shop but they really do rip us off. I always feel comfortable talking to the guys over there. God bless them for running their busines with integrity when it would be so easy to lead people astray and cheat them. Pros: Integrity; Always can fit you in; Good value; Trustworthy Cons: Poor/non-existent waiting area (there are restaurants and stores right next door though) more
