I recently purchased a vehicle at Rick Ridings and was extremely pleased with the experience. Wes, my salesperson, was wonderful. He asked me my wants: heated seats and a sunroof. Wes never pressured me to purchase one vehicle over another and gave me information to make the best decision for me. I decided to get a new Fusion, an absolutely beautiful car with heated seats and sunroof. :-) more

I can't thank the people at Rick Ridings Ford enough for all their help when my car broke down on my way from Indiana to Springfield. Casey and the service department were so helpful and Hoppy was the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with. They all made my unfortunate situation so much easier and I appreciate all their help with my unexpected purchase of a new vehicle! more

my husband and I have been buying at rick ridings for 13 years. we have always worked with troy moore and Rodney Thompson troy is the best salesman weve ever had and we send many people to him for a vehicle we will always go to rick ridings to buy more

My husband and I came in to look at some trucks for him. He walks with a cane so it is hard to walk long distances for him. John Prater came out to help us, and the next thing we know he brought a golf cart for us to ride in. What a wonderful surprise. We loved the service and the kindness. Thank You Rick Ridings. more

Great dealership, Rick is a super guy to deal with. There prices are the best you will find anywhere, and they don't play games. The web site is always up to date...that's how I've bought many vehicles from them. Just find it on the web site, call your salesman and let them take care of the hassles. Good service dept too. more

Rick Ridings is the greatest dealership that I have been too! The friendly staff, the clean atmosphere, and the overall vibe from everyone there will keep me coming back and recommending anyone to go here. Scott Getzelman took care of my purchase and had me in and out of there within an hour. I couldn't be any happier with my car and anyone looking for a car and wants a down to earth salesman look up Scott and he will treat you good. more

I was with my son & his girlfriend when they were wanting to purchase a car. Unfortunately things didn't go as planned; however, John P. made them feel as if everything happens for a reason and did not embarress them. He even called a few days later to check on them and see if he could be of any more assistance. He turned a bad situation into something not so horrible but bearable. John had a great personality. It sad things didn't work out but I will definetly purchase my next vehicle from Rick Ridings and pray John still will be there doing a great job and willing to help me out too! more

Mr. Prater did a supherb job helping me when I needed assistance while at Rick Ridings. He was the first to greet me and showed me a variety of vehicles. If all the employees there and salesmen around modeled him there sure would be a lot more sales! You rock Mr. Prater more
