Weather a scheduled appointment or emergency service all my needs are met with caring professionalism.I am able to drive my car with complete confidence that Rick and Rich has maintained it mechanically safe and sound .Makes me feel like family!! Awesome job to the whole team!!! more

They are honest, helpful and friendly. 4/9/2015

When you take your car in especially older cars you may not know what's wrong. So, you have to be able to trust the guys that are going to work on your car. Everyone is always nice , and helpful in getting your car fixed as quickly as possible. The only thing they could improve on is a better waiting area. more

awesome service 12/17/2014

had rear brake issues.R+R ordered the parts they came in late afternoon.They worked right up til 6pm to get my car back to me the same day. Couldn't ask for more!!! more

Jim has always taken the time to explain in detail the repairs required for my car. Rick and Rich has kept my 2002 passat in great running condition.They respond quickly to any questions or concerns I have and as a result I trust them completely with all my mechanical and vehicle safety needs! more

My regular mechanic there, Jim, is just great--no B.S., he talks to me straight and always does a fine job. The other people there are very friendly too, I just wish they would communicate with me a little better to let me know every time when my vehicle is ready to be picked up. Now that they're using this online system with e-mail, I'm hoping that will help to keep me informed. I really don't like it when businesses don't bother to let me know what's going on. more

Fast fix&a extremely nice tow crew 4/12/2014

Had to have my car towed and the towing guy was extremely nice, led to comfort and continued at rick&rich building. Car got fixed in with in day or so and kept getting notified before it got fixed, a lot of other garages are sneaky and fix other things then stick you with a bill then notify you...to where R&R called prior!! I definitely will come back here before another garage I loved my experience! more
