I am sad to say that I am very disappointed at the service, professionalism, and treatment I’ve received from Rick Keffer's CJDR.
I have taken my 2010 Jeep for a recall of Driver’s Airbag (S33) to this dealer, assuming that this is a common fix that would get completed without any problems. After all, this is a Jeep Dealership that specializes in Jeeps. After a couple of hours, I was informed that the recall had been performed and the vehicle as ready. Here is where the story gets good (sarcasm).
Immediately after starting the vehicle I noticed that my ignition switch was very stiff and hard to turn. I turned the vehicle off and removed the key but the vehicle did not recognize that the key had been removed. I immediately returned to address the issue with the Billy the Service Advisor. Billy claimed that his mechanic only did the service requested and has not done anything to the ignition. After a few minutes of discussing the issue with the mechanic, both Billy and mechanic stated that my key is old and worn and was the reason for the tightness in the ignition. This made no sense so I asked to speak with their manager. After waiting for an additional 20+ minutes, I was "greeted" in an extremely rude and aggressive manner by Larry Starrat, a Service Manager. He proceeded to belittle me in front of his staff & customers and claimed that every time I come in, I don’t spend a single cent and that I always find something else wrong with the vehicle. He obviously did not mention that I am a long time customer, have bought a number of parts from them, and that they used to service my father's work truck on a regular basis. Moreover, he denies any fault of his staff and again blames me, the customer. I have called the 1-800 number and asked to speak to the General Manager of this dealership, but have not heard back in over 3 weeks.
Long story short, I have since taken my Jeep taken to a reputable Mechanic who specializes in Jeeps. Within 15-20 minutes he was able to pinpoint the issue, and it turns out that the Chrysler mechanic that performed the replacement of the faulty airbag had improperly completed the repair. This is very concerning safety issue being that it deals with the airbag, not to mention the new problem it created with the ignition.

Larry, the way you treated me and addressed this issue is no way to speak to a long time customer, or any customer. You were extremely rude and unprofessional and I will no longer be doing business with this dealership nor would recommend it to anyone I know.
Had my visit to this dealership been handled in a slightly more professional matter I would have never resorted to this review, however, I feel that my negative experience should be shared.
