The battery died the first day and needed charging. Three days later battery required replacing. Battery voltage is required to be check and noted as part of the certification process. I doubt they ever checked it.
Leather dash top had a huge ripple and was seperating at the window. Local GM dealer says the car should have never been "certified". Repair took a few days and the dash had to be pulled out.
Also have several large paint chips on the lower rocker panels on all four panels and the front edge of the door.
Rick Hendricks strongly said the inspection was done and those defects was within GM guidelines. GM has a case on this now with GM district manager. Rick Hendricks offered to replace the battery but never sent a check. They want to make me a "happy customer" with a car wash or some free service.
I feel I was tricked and frauded. The car is not as it is advertised- see the below.
