Scott showed up on time and within the first five minutes he enabled me to assess his professionalism with experience beyond his years. He quickly diagnosed the plumbing problem and proceeded to communicate with clarity how he planned to make the necessary repair. He then thought carefully about the best way to write up the estimate and when it could be completed. He is forthright, personable, and honest... I recommend without any reservations whatsoever! more

Great experience 12/2/2019

Ricks sent Jonathan to fix a busted frost-free faucet and install a shut-off. Work done efficiently and well. I can't imagine any employee leaving a better impression for a business than Jonathan did. Wow. Very impressed. I'd give Jonathan 5 stars. Ricks is lucky to have him!! more

Scott is an excellent technician at a great company 11/9/2018

Although we are tenants (we rent a home in New Haven near our daughter's school), we have used Rick's Plumbing on several occasions throughout the last two years, and we've been lucky to have Scott as our service technician. Scott is an excellent plumber who does great troubleshooting. Today he found a leak in the bathroom floor that we thought had come from the shower. He's also extremely neat, sensitive to my dust allergy. Finally, he's very pleasant and friendly. What's more to ask for! Thank you, Scott, from Nancy. more

SERVICE 10/26/2018

I have been very pleased with your company's service. the initial visit pertained to the outside water faucet leaking. Your technician tightened everything and it seemed to resolve the problem. At the time of this visit I was provided with information about replacement should the problem re-occur, which it did. So this time I had the outside faucet replaced and the inside shut-off value also replaced. The technician was very professional and explained everything. I am very happy with the level of service I have received. Should I need a plumber again in the future you will be my first choice. more

Billy P. Was my plumber. Very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed my clogged kitchen drainage problem and cleaned up afterwards. I will hire Rick’s Plumbing again, and ask for Billy to do the work! I am a very pleased new customer! more

Fixing my old tub 10/27/2017

We have used rick’s plumbing once before a can’t say enough about the great service we get the young man that came out to my house was so nice and professional I would highly recommend them to any of my friends any plumbing needs you have please call Rick’s plumbing . more

Nice Job 12/30/2016

Needed plumbing service before house was full on Christmas Eve, called Ricks, they came out the next day at 8am. Daniel was very knowledgable and explained in detail all the options I had. The service was completed quickly and the toilets were in good shape for a crowd during the holidays. I will use Ricks again if I need a plumber. more

If you want it fixed right the first time 5/7/2016

I have an old claw foot bath tub that was leaking from the over flow area of the tub, Scottie fixed it with a new rubber gasket. Now no more leaking problems. I find when I call Rick's Plumbing they will quickly come out on time & fix the problem the first time. You cannot go wrong with Rick's Plumbing. more

Leaking Faucet 4/21/2016

Scott from Rick's Plumbing came out to fix a slow leak at a kitchen faucet w/sprayer attachment. Gaskets around the faucet & sprayer were worn & were replaced. Rick's Plumbing always does a thorough & professional job. more
