At one point, I must admit, I was very unhappy with Rick Case Hyundai but it has now, once again, become a place I like to take my car to for service. I have been very satisfied with the service on the last several times I took my car in for service. This last visit was exceptional. Tammy was my service adviser and she went above-and-beyond to patiently answer all of my questions and to be sure everything was done right. She did it all in good spirit and with patience. I hope they keep up this manner of customer relations. I am now waiting to hear from her about the problem I am having with my navigation system. She called me on Saturday to follow up and said she is waiting to hear from Hyundai. Keep up the good work.
