At one point, I must admit, I was very unhappy with Rick Case Hyundai but it has now, once again, become a place I like to take my car to for service. I have been very satisfied with the service on the last several times I took my car in for service. This last visit was exceptional. Tammy was my service adviser and she went above-and-beyond to patiently answer all of my questions and to be sure everything was done right. She did it all in good spirit and with patience. I hope they keep up this manner of customer relations. I am now waiting to hear from her about the problem I am having with my navigation system. She called me on Saturday to follow up and said she is waiting to hear from Hyundai. Keep up the good work. more

Best service department EVER 1/23/2014

I called Sarah on my way to the dealership after my tire started making a funny noise. I had hit something in the road and was afraid my tire was going to go flat any minute. She told me she would see me as soon as I got there. When I arrived, it didn't take much time to conclude that I definitely needed a new tire. I had a sleeping baby in my arms and not much time before I needed to pick up my other daughter from school. Sarah had me in and out in no time with a new safe tire. I have been using this service department for 2 years and am still amazed every time I get SUPERB service. THANK YOU!!!!! more
