I emailed your shop on Sunday for 4 issues my car was having. Rick Allen got back to me within minutes that same day and i was scheduled right away. I was also very impressed that you were able to give me a ride to & from work that day so my car could be fixed. They fixed everything in one day and even a couple other issues that they noticed as well when they were 'under the hood'. Your staff was very nice & explained everything that was done thoroughly. I am very impressed and will recommend your shop very highly. Thank you so much! more

Rick Allen's is a very reasonably priced and trustworthy mechanic shop. Mike at the front desk always has a moment to answer questions and makes sure I understand what is wrong with the car, how it's supposed to work, how long it will take to repair, how much it will cost beforehand. This is absolutely the BEST mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. more

I had a flat tire and they took my car right in without an appointment. They finished the job in less than a half hour, charged me a very fair rate and were very friendly every step of the way. I'm new to the town and its great to know I can count on them for my vehicles needs! Thanks! more

Very knowledgeable and willing to work with you. 3/22/2014

My first experience with Rick Allen's was with my Toyota Sienna. It was a high mileage van that I wanted to get through inspection. Mike worked with me to achieve the least expensive fixes that worked out to give me 2 more years before having to buy another vehicle. He was always pleasant and explained everything with no pressure. more

Trustworthy 2/14/2014

For years I have heard about Rick Allen and that he was an excellent and fair mechanic. I have a 14 yr old Mercedes and Rick has worked on it twice and I am very happy. He does what needs to be done, tells you what else he sees and does not try to scare a customer into a decision they or their checkbook isn't ready for. I trust this businessman and his head guy Mike! Thanks for fixing my car! more
