I went to RTMA worked out and it was great, friendly people, good mix of men and women. They did self-defense tae kwondo and ground work all in one class they even did hand to hand martial arts. I loved it. Pros: large workout floor, small classes, No contracts Cons: classes were not long enough (one hour) more
