Nice welcoming family business. They are very accommodating and helpful with every purchase our family has made, and we always come back when time to purchase a new used vehicle. They are not a New Car Dealership so therefore no vehicles are assembly line quality, but they stand behind all the information they gave us about the vehicles and any problems that arose, they were above and beyond helpful in helping us with cost or locating mechanics and even purchasing and locating parts needed. Also they were very fair when figuring payments and when we had trouble and needed extra time for payments. I would definitely shop there again and recommend them to any family or friend. more

Since management has changed at Richmond Motors things are just not the same. First, they are all a bunch of crooks that seek every opportunity to rip you off and steal from you.\r \r You might want to take that vehicle you are looking at and have them check the brakes and underbody for little surprises that Richmond Motors likes to leave for you to repair; ours had over $1,000 worth of repairs. For instance, if you found out that you had bad tie rods the day after you received the vehicle, too bad! They gave you a car in ""excellent"" condition. Obviously, they have a different definition than you and I. \r \r You should ABSOLUTELY NOT purchase any vehicle from these people because you will only regret it. I do not know who to recommend, but I know not to recommend these people-- they already f--ed me once.\r \r Caveat Emptor Pros: Have a few vehicles that look sharp. Cons: The management is from purgatory. more
