I am mildly irritated that East Ridge Eye Center would not write me an RX for contacts, but understand why Dr. Dozier made that decision. I am mildly irritated that that East Ridge Eye Center does not offer eye dialation reversal, but I am very upset that I was not advised of this prior to my eyes being dialated and am very upset with the check out clerks obtuse attitude about the situation that I was in. I did sign the form stating that I agree to have my eyes dialated and the form did state that eye dialation effects can last 6-8 hours but it did not state that they did not offer dialation reversal solution. I have very poor vision and my distance and close up vision was completely a blur. I could not even see to sign out....the clerk had to read the paperwork to me and point to where I was supposed to sign. I could not see my cell phone contacts to call my fiance and the clerk never bothered to help me with that. Instead she dangled the piece of paper in her hand that I signed and smurkingly said while dangling it in the air "see you signed that you knew it took 6-8 hours for the effects to wear off" instead of having compassion and care like a physicians office is suppsed to have they were defensive and wanted to argue with me. Trust me when I tell you I COULD NOT SEE , WAS EXTREMELY UPSET, i AND NO ONE IN THAT OFFICE OFFERED TO ASSIST ME. I dialed two wrong numbers on my phone before finally getting my fiances number correct. I will never go back there again. Shame on the staff for not helping me.
