I love this park! It is full of tennis courts, soccer fields, little league baseball fields, a wonderfully maintained, clean, and pretty playground, clean picnic areas and shelters with grills, walking trails, and beautiful Lake Reba for fishing or duck-watching.
We try to come here as often as we can because the city of Richmond really does a great job maintaining this park. The bathrooms are clean, and unlike some of the notorious parks in Lexington, there aren't a lot of wooded areas where miscreants can hide to cause trouble.
The shelter near the playground is especially large and we have family reunions there sometimes. The walking trails are clearly marked and it's a pleasure to walk around this aesthetically pleasing park.
If you're in the surrounding area and looking for a park to spend the day, this is definitely worth the drive.
