Helped me when I needed it 5/13/2015

My car had a minor emergency malfunction. Rafael kindly said to have it towed to Richards. During the day he kept me informed, by phone. The problem was fixed by day's end. I am so grateful. more

Really stand behind their excellent work 4/27/2015

Richards has worked on our cars over several decades. Work they had done and was way past any warranty caused a break down and expensive repair on an out of town trip. Sam the Service Manager reimbursed me for the cost of the repair. This was the only problem I have ever had with maintenance and repairs over the years and they definitely stood behind their work. Great customer service. more

Incredible service again! 2/26/2015

My car broke down on the freeway. Sam offered to keep the lights on while we got it towed into the shop. Had me up and running the next day so I didn't have to miss a beat. Sam and your staff there are awesome! more

I am not please with the last three visits 2/10/2015

My last three visit where all for the same oil leak problem and I am being charge more money for the same problem that still is fixed yet, in the past I loved the service here, but I think money over service is the change I notice on my last three visit. more
