I have had my Mercedes serviced in Salt Lake for years but it is pricey and involves a commute, so I thought I would try Richard Rowe European Plus Auto Care Center. They were quite a bit cheaper and serviced the car fairly quickly. They also were quick to resolve an issue that came up with the oil. They came out, picked up my car, replaced the oil, and brought the car back to me. I have talked to Richard on a few different occasions and he is a great owner. All of the work that Richard Rowe European Plus Auto Care Center has done for me has been very good. I have already recommended them several times. I was initially referred to Richard Rowe Auto by a friend of mine, and I have been using them for close to 4 years now because I feel that I am getting an honest deal. At dealerships, you always feel overcharged, and some other shops try to sell you things that are unnecessary. I am a repeat customer of Richard Rowe because they will tell you what is broken, what it takes to fix it, and they will give you options. They have a very honest approach. Avoid this shop like the plague! 11/16/2009

Where to start??? I was told one price then told a different price when the car was done, even after I asked him if that was the total. This shop back in the day was the best now it sucks. I?ll drive into salt lake to get it fixed before I ever have to take it back there. One of the problems with my car was the turn signal relay a $28 part died and it takes five minutes to install, they wanted $200 to replace it! Stay away! It would end up being cheaper to buy a new car before you have them repair it! Pros: Not having to take my car there ever again. Cons: everything more
