Had trouble with a keratin treatment fading my color. Called and left message asking them to call me regarding chemicals in the solution. They never called me back. I called again and they put Christine on, who was snotty and ignorant of the product. She stated that Keratin alone straightens the hair. False and cannot be done. They also failed to mention false advertising. They advertise one method on their website and use another. DO NOT GO HERE>Christine go back to beauty school or learn the product better, one or the other.
