I researched plastic surgeons online and found Dr.Galitz. I read the reviews and, honestly, I thought that I was not able to afford him because the reviews and his credentials were amazing. Also, the quotes that I had received for the procedures were very high considering someone of his caliber. Because of this, I didn’t even consider him in the beginning. So, I sent my pictures around and called maybe 14 different doctors. One day, I thought I’d just go for it, so I sent pictures into Dr. Galitz and scheduled an interview. I got the initial quote over the phone, which seemed really high, but once I actually met him in person, I thought the guy was amazing. He brought the cost down to what I was able to afford which was a fraction of what I initially anticipated. more

A lot of my friends knew Dr. Galitz or had been to his office, which really boosted my confidence, and I knew I was going to be in good hands. I found that he was positive and I was comfortable with him. In February I had Mohs surgery, which is like removal of the cancer on the tip of my nose. It was done in his office and it was pretty extensive, but he did a brilliant, amazing job. I think it’s fascinating that he also has a degree in sculpture and art because he knows the structure of the human face so well and he’s an artist. He is also affiliated with the University of Miami, so those things really stand behind his credentials. I have trust in what he is doing. more
