I am having the same issue with this company as the other review writers. My 1968 Chevelle was damaged by their client (SKAT Trucking) while transporting it cross country. Not only was Saundra Ruotolo one of the rudest people I have dealt with over the phone, she asked me to falsify documents. I think this was done with the intent of denying my claim after I fell for their BS. The State Controller's Office is who to contact with complaints regarding insurance agents. I plan to contact them shortly.\r \r I hope you do not have to deal with her or anyone else at their company and if you do, a lawyer may be the best way to go. At the very least, fully document everything and stay on them...they do always pick up the phone when you call. more

Exactly the same situation is happening to me. Transport King damaged my Rolls Royce last feb 08, and now the Insurance Company is treating me with bad manners, rude, and playing funny gammes, seems to me for not paying. They say (Mrs.Ruotolo), that is Transport King that is not sending some documentation requested, and I wonder who is who?. And......who is going to solve my problem. This company is an insurance underwriter for various auto transport companies including the one that damaged my car called Transport King. From the get go they were rude and ubnoxious. Transport King damaged my vehicle in early Jan. 2008 and as of today May 20, 2008 I am still waiting to recive payment for the damages incurred durring shipping. I hope that this company gets it together and pulls it head from its rectal area. Cons: rude staff, bad management, lack of integrity. more
