I have purchased several cars over the years from different dealerships and have never had such a negative experience as with this dealer. I purchased a 2 year old vehicle from them, with a signed agreement that they owed certain items before the car would be delivered. They said the car would be ready within 2 days. Day after day went by and they kept coming up with excuses of why the car wasn't ready. Eight days later, the car was delievered finally (with an empty tank of gas by the way) and I continued having issues with it since then. I also found out that they had talked me into buying a $500 transmission coverage policy that was already included in the car's existing warranty. To make matters worse, when I went to get my tags at MVA, the inspection certificate they gave me had expired. The dealer would not agree to re-inspect the car! I had to go out on my own and get the car re-inspected so that I could get permanent tags for it. Anytime I have called, they were rude, unreponsive and uncoorperative. Basically, once you sign that paperwork, forget about getting any kind of decent service. I will never, ever even think about purchasing from them again and suggest to anyone else to buy ELSEWHERE!
