Not all insurance policies are the same. Make sure you compare the actual coverages, services, and limitations when looking at pricing. I had a lot of questions and received helpful information so I could make an informed decision. When you are involved in an accident it means so much to be able to talk face to face with an agent who cares and have good coverage in the first place. I really appreciate the friendly and efficient service that I always receive from this office. Those with whom I have spoken with have an expertise in the insurance business and have answered my questions. My claims have been handled quickly and I have even received personal attention from my agent. I have confidence doing business with Rich Jarvis State Farm Insurance. more

Great staff and very helpful 12/9/2010

I have had Rich Jarvis as my state farm agent for the last several years and have been impressed with the services offered by him and his team. A few years ago, I got a speeding ticket and had two accidents within the same month. Ugh, it was terrible! Thankfully, the people at Rich Jarvis Insurance helped me get through that period of time by helping me file the claim, explaining coverage/benefits and doing all they could to get me back on track. The lady in the office (I think her name is Renee?) was really nice and very knowledgeable. I give the team that works here 5 stars for working extra hard for my benefit and recommend Rich Jarvis Insurance to anyone who lives here in the Treasure Valley. more

Ouch! 10/19/2005

Upon moving here we were in the market for an insurance agent. We had Farmers in the state we moved from and wanted to keep them as we were happy with their service. We contacted this agent and were shocked to find that they were several hundred dollars a year higher than anyone else. I would recommend checking around before committing as we found better coverage for alot less. more
