/bought brand new husquavana snow blower used 1/2 dozen times in last few years/ had warrenty thru loews they sent me to this shop. The auger lever flopped/ i beleive it slipped ...

Quality equipment and professinal service 2/23/2011

I have been a customer of RI Grinding for more than 25 years. I purchased all of my lawn and snow removel equipment from them and have been more than satisfied with the purchases and the service that followed. I have also referred many of my friends and co-workers to purchase equipment there. For quality and long lasting equipment--Ralph is the guy that you want to see. more

Friendly and Professional 2/18/2011

I have been a customer for over 15 years and have purchased a chain saw, weed wacker,hedge trimmer, hand tools, lawn mower, snowblower and have been satisfied with all of the products. I have had servicing and sharpening performed as regular maintenance with great results. I have referred many friends there and have always been pleased with their services and products. I recommend them without reservation. more

WONDERFUL PEOPLE 2/16/2011

I've been trying to fix my ariens 1128 pro snow blower for sometime now myself. Wow what a pain in the ###. So i went to this shop, and was handled very well. Mind you its 8 yrs old and I had my blower in one hand and a box of parts in the other. (which i never put back on.) After few laughs, i was told he would go through it and have it done in a little bit. Well got the call, and works like new. thanks guys nice meeting you. A+ service. more

ri grinding service 1/26/2011

/bought brand new husquavana snow blower used 1/2 dozen times in last few years/ had warrenty thru loews they sent me to this shop. The auger lever flopped/ i beleive it slipped a belt . they have had my blower for 4 weeks and finally its done. They said it was worn out and they i also had major cut in belt . i say bull i get plowed out by truck and only use for paths to wood pile. they didnt not want to wait for warrenty money.they took way to long to fix and have attitude close to rudeness. the fee was $160.00 more
