I must say that having worked for the Chevron Company for 16 years, we pride ourselves on maintaining Great Service. It is not often that I see a business provide exceptional service .. but I have in every instance .. with every employee in your office. From the moment I walked in on a Friday afternoon, as a new patient, with a broken tooth in my hand .. I have been treated so well. It's also probably not often that people rave about their experience at the dentist office! :) Thank you for the great service and the great work! All the best! more

BEST service i've EVER had 11/1/2009

I would highly recommend going here if you want your teeth cleaned or fixed and AMAZING customer service! They gave off a fun and friendly vibe in this office and the whole staff was kind and welcoming. This is truly the best service you will get. They also do there work fast and get the job done right the first time every time! They are VERY professional at this office and i plan on coming back whenever i need my teeth fixed or cleaned! They definitely deserve five stars because they are the best you can get from a dental office. My advice if you need a check-up for your teeth is GO THERE and be sure to tell your friends if they want the job done right! more

TERRIBLE customer service and admin staff 1/23/2009

i've made an appointment with them 2 times. it took me a month to get the appointment for my son and husband. besides the fact that they never return calls and follow through, they scheduled an appointment for a day that the pediatric dentist was in surgery all day. they didn't even have the decency to call and cancel. so we go in and they told us we would need to wait another month before being able to get an appointment for my son and husband to be seen at the same time. they wasted my time and didn't even apologize. i took time off of work to make this appointment. DONT GO THERE and tell everyone else to do the same. THEY DESERVE NO STARS! Cons: everything! more
