This is the place to go after church on Sundays for brunch. You can select from your typical breakfast foods with omelettes made to order. Or, you can experience culinary art at its finest with entree selections not offered on the regular menu. Don't forget to save room for dessert!! I found myself wanting to try everything on the buffet line!! And, after I tried it, I wanted more! The atmosphere is improving and the food is great! It's big city fine dining without the price or the formal attire! more

Effingham distinctive dining spot 10/6/2005

This is the most exclusive location in Effingham when it comes to Restaurants. The place is located downtown and has been in history as long as I can remember. They have good foods. Most people use it as a place to celebrate major life events. And a few business people use it as a place to take their top sales producers out for a meal. more

fine dining...for Effingham 8/17/2005

This is the place to go for a special occasion if you live in Effingham. They have weekend buffets that are themed, sometimes seafood, sometimes prime rib. The food is consistently good, the salad bar clean, but small. I think it is a little pricey for having very little atmosphere-but, if you want a good filet or seafood-this is the place to be. more
