Dr. Chan did a chin augmentation on me last year and it's still crooked. I've come into the office 4 times so far and still have a crooked chin. I'm a very patient guy , but this is just stupid. I asked him if I could get some sort of reimbursement for the pain/recovery and the money I'm losing from taking frequent time off from work.. The only reply I got from him was ""The money I paid covers these types of situations."" I now started my new job that requires me to shave and I don't know when I have time off for the fifth time to get my chin done. For now I have my implant sticking out on the right side of my jaw line , frequently make up stories to cover the truth about my implant and have great feeling of being a pushover or being taking advantage of because they won't do anything for my suffering. I hate writing this review because Dr. Chan is very nice guy and the staffs friendly ,but when somethings wrong and no one will notice. All I can say if you ever run into a situation like this .Expect this to happen to you . more

Dr. Chan is an amazing surgeon. He helped repair my son’s face after a dogbite injury. It has been several months now and there are no scars present. My son’s face looked horrible after the injury—it was initially repaired at an urgent care and became infected. Dr. Chan saw him in the office and fixed the problem right away. I can’t thank him enough. I would highly recommend him. more

Warning: DO NOT go to Dr.Chan for injectable fillers (such as juvederm or radiesse, etc)! You will regret it!!! He left me with lumps and bumps on my face- even after a month; I still have ugly lumps and bumps! While I am not one to leave negative reviews, I hope to help prevent others from experiencing what I've been through, because of him. Stay away! more

In a youth oriented culture - looking younger is important - espcially work related. I feel young at heart and want to look that way too. Recovery was more difficult than expected during the first week due to being sensitive to medications. However the results are worth it. It took me a while to do something for ""myself"" I felt kinda guilty spending money on ME especially on ""plastic surgery""...what a luxury, huh?! So tired of looking ""tired""! I did a lot of research before I made my decision on where to go. I was actually refered by a friend who is totally thrilled with her results so I proceeded with the process and am so happy I did. It's been a long time since I have liked the way I look. Kudos to the Doctor and staff. PS: If they can make me look good...they can make YOU look good, lol! more
