Excellent service. 3/6/2014

I have visited several Reverse Mortgage internet sites and I have noticed several sites with complaints about service from some companies. After a diligent search I found Maggie O'Connell and read some of her reviews. I have been extremely pleased with her service. This is a big step and you need very competent people to help you. more

Highly recommend Maggie O'Connell 1/27/2014

I contacted Maggie on 12/17/13. My reverse mortgage settled January 17, 2014! I had taken a reverse mortgage workshop Maggie had given a few years back & was impressed with her then. That's why when I decided to do a reverse mortgage, she was the person I chose to work with. (I had talked with other companies, not direct lenders, & did not quite trust them.) She was professional, very patient with all of my questions and responded quickly to any phone calls or emails from me. She told me to contact her with any further questions I may have. The only thing painful was the writer's cramps in my hand from signing all the required paperwork. Maggie working for The Federal Savings Bank was a big plus for me. They are a HUD-approved lender so this meant going with a direct lender & FDIC Insured Bank. Janice White more

My experience with Maggie O'Connell and her "team" was excellent. The process for my reverse mortgage was handled professionally, and I was always kept up to date on the status and reminded of needed documentation, which kept the confusion and stress to a minimum. I would highly recommend Maggie and her Team for any Mortgage assistance needed. more

Every time I had a question, Maggie of reversemortgagestore.com was either there to answer it or she would call me right back. There were a few issues that came up and she researched them and got back with me with an answer that I could understand. She explained things thoroughly. I think she has a nice temperament and a nice way about her. She's very customer oriented: she's for you. more

As a small business owner in a rural county, I know how important customer service is. I'm probably a tough customer to satisfy, but I can tell you that Maggie answered every question I had and was so available for the endless stream of questions I had. Maggie had all the information and is exceptionally well versed about the reverse mortgage product and process. I would highly recommend her to anyone even considering a reverse mortgage. Maggie O'Connel from American Pacific Mortgage Reverse Mortgages helped us with the mortgage and everything. She walked us through every step we needed help with and was always there to answer our questions. If I needed something sent she would call back me right away and have it sent. She was really good at helping with everything. She's really great and when she's helping you, you don't have any worries. She'll make sure everything is done properly and worked through and that you're happy with the results more

comforting to work with kind and professional Maggie and staff 8/12/2013

Maggie has helped me with two reverse mortgages. The first for my elderly neighbor who needed extra help to understand the concept and the process. The second when I inherited the house and I took out a reverse mortgage of my own to pay off the lien from the previous one. It was complex because of probate which was full of surprises and took one and a half years. Maggie was right there with me every step... very patient.. good at guiding me through the problems with her vast experience and clever solutions. It was a comfort to work with someone I had complete faith in. She was able to reassure me whenever I needed it. more
