It was only an oil change but they did exactly what they said they would. It was hassle free, quick, and they didn't try to sell me all sorts of other repairs that my car allegedl...

Worst

The repairs were not necessary. By going to another repair shop I saved lots of money.

I was getting an odd message on my instrument panel, and needed car looked over for a long trip. Revell made sure all was put in good order. Always thorough and professional. more

Revell does a great job of describing problems with your automobile and what it will take it fix it....but no pressure to "don't drive off the lot....do it now" that you get from other repair shops. more

Front Brakes 9/20/2016

job was performed well and fast, Installed new pads, resurfaced rotors, and fixed caliper lock up problem in just under 3 hours. Price was okay, not great but I felt the job was quality work when I left. more

Amazing Service 9/16/2016

This is one of the best repair shops I've ever been to. The workers were very friendly and helpful. I needed my car done by a certain time and they worked hard and actually got it finished an hour and a half before I needed it. They are very accommodating and have wonderful customer service. My car is running great and the prices were very reasonable and affordable, unlike a lot of other repair shops. I would definitely recommend them to everybody. more

Old car maintenance. 8/27/2016

As always, I can trust the staff at Revell Service center to be professional and honest. Taking my car there, I can rest assured they won't try to "recommend" unnecessary repairs. I have a 26 year old car, that could use some work on it, but I know the staff at Revell will give me an honest assessment on what's needed and what's not. I really appreciate honest folks! Mr. Niazi's team is tops in my book.- J.S. more

Labor cost was a bit much 8/17/2016

After reviewing the bill I see that labor charges were 400 dollars. The parts were 90. For replacing a coolant reservoir this seemed a bit high. Also the invoice did not have labor hours listed so I do not know how many hours were charged and the hourly rate. more

Great customer service, timely auto service 7/16/2016

I work on the same exit in an office building so I dropped my car off in the morning and needed Revell to swap out my two front tires for new ones. I told them ahead of time I worked close by and would just walk over when they were finished, understanding that this service request was relatively small and didn't need to be rushed in the event they had other priority tasks. After about an hour to an hour and a half they gave me a call to let me know the service was completed, I was really impressed with the timing. When I arrived back at the office to pay for the service and take my car, Bob remembered who I was and was very courteous and engaging (as he was when I dropped the car off). I will definitely consider this service center for future tasks that I need done to my car. more
