I started Alase Hair Removal at the Reveal at White Flint location back in October 2009. I absolutely love this place! Ever since the beginning the employees, everyone from the front desk to my technician to the sales people, are always very helpful and friendly. With so many locations, they are very accommodating to work with your schedule.
I signed up for 6 treatments. Each treatment is 6-8 weeks apart. Today is my final treatment and I am sooo pleased with my results. Absolutely no hair on the treatment area and I don't have to worry about it ever again! Downfall, the price. Packages start around $1200 just for a small area (i.e. underarms). They run a lot of specials and you can bargain with the sales people on the price.
I'm always welcomed when I show up for my appointment. You get the option to numb first and relax in a robe in a dark, quiet room while you wait. I never have to wait very long. Once I'm in the room, they are super fast. My treatment literally takes 15 minutes from the time I leave the waiting room til the time I'm walking to the car. The technicians are also very friendly and spark up conversation. However, one complaint is that I never see the same person twice. I always have my appointments on the same day at the same time but haven't dealt with the same people. The upside is that everyone is fun, young and easy to talk to.
I would definitely recommend Reveal, as I already have to many girlfriends. Now I'm living hair free and can't wait to do another package in the future.
