We went for a family portrait,kids grandma, brothers,sisters and their wives & husbands. Bill failed after many shots to get everyone or the majority of people smiling. When he said smile--he should have told those who weren't to smile before clicking the button. Then when we ordered the photos, we requested that he touck-up one photo and he refused. Obviously, he doesn't care about customer satisfaction after he has taken the money. Reccomend using another studio.
