This was my first time using a resume service. I worked with Tracy, who I believe is the owner of the company. She seemed to work pretty much around the clock and struck me as someone who puts her clients first in her life. I came to Resumes on the Move because I have many years of work experience and was having a hard time being objective about what's important and what isn't. Tracy spent a lot of time with me going over my skills and strongpoints and then it didn't take her long to come up with a custom resume package that was both professional and creative. I gave her my comments and suggestions, and then she presented me with my final resume which I thought was perfect. Also, I found ROTM's rates to be better than competitive, considering all the one-on-one attention I received. I should also add that the interview tips Tracy gave me have proved to be very helpful. more

Tracy was a pleasure to work with, she was friendly, easy to talk to and still very professional. I was more than pleased with my resume, which I would never have been able to create on my own, and she did it in a very timely maner. I have already refered someone to her and will continue to do so. more

I never take the time to give a bad review about anyone?s business. But after seeing the good reviews for this service I have to. I have not one good word to say about Tracy or her work. She has absolutely no knowledge of what a resume in this day is to look like. I paid $165.00 for a resume that was typed in a 10 font, and was still two pages long. It is unheard of to type a resume in a 10 font and you are never supposed to have two pages of long sentences. I mean long. A Hiring Manger wants a one page quick look at your resume when you are competing against the 100?s of resumes that they are receiving a day. Also, just for your knowledge, because Tracy wasn?t aware that when you type in your email address, you need to change the font color to black and delete the underline. When I arrived for my final copy, Tracy was 30 min. late, and in a really bad mood, now that she had half of my money and forced to except her last copy she made me feel like an idiot because I wasn?t happy. I was not in the mood to quarrel with this woman, paid the money for a resume that I would not send in to anyone just to get away from her demeaning and angry attitude. I was an idiot! Tracy should be writing books not resumes. Please don?t waste your money. more

It looks wonderful and I can certainly see the difference! This is the best thing I've ever done for my career. I don't know of anything else that is going to make a bigger difference and I have a feeling that my investment will pay off big dividends down the road! I was really amazed at how quickly employers responded to my resume. I sent out 20 resumes expecting just a few responses, but 14 of them called me immediately! The way the resume looked was fabulous - all my friends said it was great! The lady that did my resume said that she knew what she was doing and to trust her and this proves it!
