Resume Writer Matthew Greene

Matt Greene is wholly unprofessional. I contacted him to ask about re-doing my resume and I found him to be rude, condescending, inept, insulting, and not very good at communicating. He writes his correspondences in ALL CAPITAL letters and does not seem to have his customers best interests in mind. He did not promptly return my calls or emails and when I asked him about his payment process he completely denigrated my question (which was a simple do I pay everything upfront or installments) by saying essentially, ""You are unworthy to be my client."" His exact words "" YOU ARE INEXPERIENCED AND NOT AWARE THAT TOP WRITERS DON'T WORK LIKE THIS. ONLY A THIRD-CLASS WRITER WOULD GO ALONG WITH YOU. I COULD SEND YOU MY STANDARD FORM OF AGREEMENT BUT HAVE VERY LITTLE CONFIDENCE IN YOU AS A PROSPECTIVE CLIENT."" He could have avoided me even asking the question had he bothered to actually send me a proposal and a sample of the work he's done in the past. He refused because it was too ""insulting"" to actually have to prove that you can write a resume (even though you claim to have written 15,000 and be the best that ever did it) before someone gives you $400 to do so. After reading the reviews here I'm staying far away from this clown and would advise everyone else who comes across this page to do the same. more

I tried to get a resume consultation when I told him that my company was trying to transfer me to another state. He told me I was asking for a ""mission impossible"" and to go back to my home state. Really undeserved criticism delivered very unprofessionally. I was rather shocked. I recommend staying away. more

I contracted Matthew to write my resume for me and what I received from him was absolute garbage. The resume was littered with misspellings, inconsistent formatting and was basically repurposed from the same resume I gave him. This guy is a crook with no integrity. When I contacted him it sounded like he was drunk and American Idol was blasting in the background. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this clown, he will take your money and provide a resume that any fifth grader could write. Just looking at his picture on his website you can see for yourself that this guy is a tool; unfortunately, I have to give him one star. more
