Dr. Hope Scott is great, she is very logical and professional. She provides the right amount of details for parents to understand and assess the symptops/situations, and when I asked details questions, she patiently answered them.
However, she does not do regular check-ups, otherwise I would have loved for her be the primary care for my 3-yr-old.
The admin staff in the RTCP flucuates greatly. We've been to this practice for 3 years and we are now able to identify who to contact and who to avoid. The check-out staff and phone support do provide poor customer services. The nurses are a hit or miss.
This practice does well on the paperwork. We never have any problems with billings or getting insurance covered for the services we acquired. If you go there for the doctors (Dr. Scott, Dr. Harrison, Nurse Nancy Darmory), you will be okay. But if you look for a total package of caring and good customer service, this may not be the place. Also consider how important it is that the practice have good paperwork.
