Ordered flowers online (FTD type service) for a daughter's surgical recovery. Arrived days prior to surgery, not on date specified. Wrote Reston Floral Design and included order, which clearly stated Dec. 23 delivery; got following email:
We are sorry for any inconvenience with your delivery for your daughter. The order originated from our internet site (NOT TRUE. Talked to them by phone and placed online order through FTD type site.) and is automatically recorded in our system. The delivery date section you filled out said December 18th, (NOT TRUE) so our computer recorded this date and was created for that day. We are sorry to hear that her surgery was not scheduled until the 23rd of December, but the delivery date section was incorrectly filled out by the customer. (SEE NEXT SENTENCE) The customer explained December 23rd delivery in the delivery instruction section, but that is not always examined by our Dove system.(THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE IT?) We feel that our job has been completed effeceiently and we are sorry that the arrangement arrived too early but this was not our mistake. Therefore, we cannot refund your money for this order since it was successfully delviered in December 19th, as the internet section was filled out.
Thank you,
Reston Floral Design
HELLOOO! You are supposed to read your orders fully.
I would not recommend using these people. Their guarantee is worthless. My parents worked in the floral business for years and this is a company that I would not recommend.
Cons: Guarantee not worth spit
