Our budget doesn't allow us too many dinners at Tallent, but we've certainly enjoyed the ones we've had there!
Be prepared to experience a great variety of subtle flavors. The courses are designed to entice, and they fulfill that job very well. The chefs use as much local produce and meat and dairy as they can, including cheese samplers from a really yummy goat-farm. They've got a nice, varied wine list, too, not horrifically over-priced like some restaurants have.
