I hired this company to treat for roaches. They told me they had a 3 month guarantee. The said to expect to see some roaches ""staggering"" around during the first two weeks after treating, but I shouldn't see any after that. I did see a few ""staggering"" during the first two week period, but after 2 months I was seeing them again looking healthier than ever. I called them to come and retreat, which they did after several phone calls from me. I really had to chase them down for a call back. They scheduled an appointment and then was a no show. I called after an hour of waiting and was told someone was on their way. When the guy got to my home, he said he was pulled off another job and told to run over to me. He sprayed again. Please keep in mind what a horrible experience this is to begin with. You have to remove all your dishes, etc from the cabinets and leave your home for several hours. To make a long story short, within two months I started seeing them again. Just a couple but I called right away to make sure I was in the 3 month guarantee window. I didn't get a call back for over a week and when I finally called back I was told by the manager that they weren't going to come out again and I should just hire some other company. ( I wouldn't give them any stars but couldn't submit this review without at least one)
Cons: Don't get rid of the bugs. Don't honor their guarantee.
