Residential Garage Door Svc

Some hardware came loose on my garage door causing it not to open/close any longer. I called these fellows in the morning and someone actually answered the phone. I gave him my address and told him when I would be available that day. Got a knock on my door at the appt time. Fellow drove around back. I told him what had happened and what I had done and left him alone with it. About 30m later, I checked on him and he was testing the door. Repair was done right and door opens and closes like new. Price was VERY reasonable and the gentleman that repaired the door was extremely nice and courteous. I asked for a biz card and he stapled one on my garage door. Kudo's for honest companies that have great employees that don't try to sell you things/services you don't need. There are not NEARLY enough good repair people around but these guys were awesome!! more

My garage door cable was broken hindering it from closing on the day of our huge party....and all of this on Saturday afternoon at 5:00. I was frantic trying to locate someone to come out at the last minute. I was told I would be charged an arm and a leg to simply come out plus labor or that I couldn't receive any help until Monday. I called Mr. Jackson and he came out in about 15 minutes and was very reasonably priced. Really nice guy you can't go wrong with this company!!!!! Pros: Quick Service, Great Work Cons: N/A more

A very good family business...Wayne came out immediately and fixed our problem very quickly. They charge less than the ""big"" guys and are true southern gentlemen. Will call again if needed. more
