I received ""EXCELLENT"" service from the folks at RESEDA INTERNATIONAL COLLISION CENTER (RISC). I initially was referred to R.I.S.C. by Mercury Insurance for needed repairs to my auto. It just so happened my vehicle was struck by their insured while it was parked...with me still in it! Not a good day...not my best moment :( Nonetheless, the team at RISC were very professional, polite and detailed exactly what I could expect. This level of respect went really far with me. Likewise, Reseda Intl Collision and Mercury Ins have a wonderful relationship with the Enterprise Car Rental two doors over. I was escorted over and the staff at Enterprise already had my information on file. I was given a rental car immediately. It was fantastic...the transition from my vehicle to the rental was seamless. RISC repaired my vehicle and returned it to me in ""PRISTINE"" condition. My 2009 Sonta looks as good as it did when I drove it home,for the 1st time, from the dealership. I have had my car for 10 years it is a 2001 Honda Prelude SH. Except for the accident I had gotten into my car is in pristine shape. The first day i got my car g35 2008 some hit me in the back. I was driving with the dent for a long time. My lease was due so i had to repair it fast. Reseda took care of it. they did a good job on the repair. They polished it and cleaned it. My car looked new again. I didnt want to give it away. Also the price was great. Ken, your accustations are completely false. The car, ( apparent on the video) looks great. This body shop works directely with multiple insurance accounts. The shop as well as the insurance company contacted you multiple times to try and accomidate you. You called everyone ass**les and requested that we stop contacting you. The work done was flawless, you know it and you just did not want to pay your deductible. Even the judge at the Van Nuys Court found you guilty and made you pay the deductible to the shop. You need to stop your slander on both the shop and the manager. more

I had my small honda SUV repaired here. It took about 3 weeks for a rear bumper / quarter panel replacement, and looked good for the estimated cost. After inspection, one of the lights was on the bumper was not working, but that is a minor issue to me. more
