I had an appointment for an estimate set for between 12 and 2. I called after 2 to see what the ETA would be and was told the plumber was running late and message would be sent to have the plumber call to give me an updated ETA. I called back an hour later to find out what the ETA was since I still had not gotten a call. Both times I called the person I spoke with was able to tell me my name, address, and time of my appointment from just having my number off caller ID. I was put through to "dispatch" to see if I could get an updated ETA. The person that I was connected with told me that there was a mistake and my appointment was never scheduled (keep in mind two prior people had already confirmed my appointment and were trying to connect me to the assigned plumber for an updated ETA). I pointed out that the prior people had already confirmed the appointment and I was told they must have read the schedule wrong. How you read my name, address, and appointment time wrong if I'm not actually on the schedule is beyond me. Did not rebook an estimate, the character of the company was shown by being lied to and I won't have them in my home or hand over my hard earned money to a company like this. more

This technician, Robert Gine, worked to clear/clean lines of underground drain pipes at our older home in West Seattle. He did a great job and explained to me and my wife what was going on at every stage of the work he was performing. He was positive and cheerful throughout, which we greatly appreciated! I just had the pleasure of working with Brandon M. to fix a very badly clogged kitchen drain. He was patient, confident and highly skilled at how he approached the job, using various equipment until the problem was solved. Best of all, he was extremely neat as he entered and exited my house, covering his shoes so my carpet was not in peril, and cleaning everything up after the job was completed. I will definitely call Rescue Rooter Seattle again based on their excellent and timely customer service and competent technicians. more

I wouldn't even give Rescue Rooter a 1 but a -0. In May 2017 I had an outside water leak at a rental property near the garage coming into the house. I excavated it and exposed it 14" down and 3' X 2' wide hole for access. I called Rescue Rooter and when they came out the technician said he was not qualified to give a quote but would wait for a quote specialist.They quoted me a replacement of the entire water pipe out to the meter for $5771. They also quoted me a repair of the leak only for $2549. I asked them if the repair wouldn't work. They said yes but replacing the line was better. I thanked them and got it done the next day for $425 from my regular plumber. These guys are the worst I have seen in 38 years of managing rental properties and will never call them again. more

I got a clogged kitchen sink, I tried to unclog it myself with a snake but did not work. My brother in-law recommended Rescue Rooter, It is a sunday but my wife called them and I was surprise that they were able to show up in 2 hours. Tyler showed up on time as promised. He found the clog and was able to unclog it. I would not be able to do it with my own snake since the clog is longer than my snake can reach. He triple check to make sure the drain was draining well and make sure there is no other leaks. He is very polite and did not just rush through the job, He even brought in padded cover for our cover our hardwood floor in the kitchen to prevent damage to our floor. I will recommend Rescue Rooter to friends. more

They sent out Danny Fraser, who did an excellent job checking my home for water leaks etc. He was polite and professional and was quickly able to confirm that my house was leak free and not in need of service. Robert came to my house on April 29th and unclogged our disposal drain and reassembled it perfectly. He also did an inspection of the other plumbing units in our house and commended us for the good condition we have kept them. He was very meticulous in his concern for not bringing dirt into the house and cleaning up after himself.
