I do not understand how this company can remain in business. It takes them all day to pick up the trash because each truck has ONE worker who has to drive, stop, get out, dump the trash, get back in the truck, drive a few feet .....over and over.\r \r If you want to call them, they have multiple numbers and each one leads to the same automated billing. It is impossible to talk to a human rep. From their website, you can send them an email. You will then receive a robot email saying a rep will call within 24 hours. That's a total lie. They never call.\r \r Last week they never bothered to pick up our recycling. No explanation, no call, no email, no anything.\r \r I really hope we can go back to Waste Management. They know how to do the job right. more

I have for a week to get them to resume my services.\r They are the most incompetent and un-interested company I have delt with. Been a costomer for over 10 years and now they are acuseing me of whatever!!! If they don't pick up my trash today I will drive to Hudson fla and dump my garbage at there front door. after I have called the local newspapers to let them record my disturbing situation . more
