Actually they don't even deserve 1 star. This is a company that won't listen to reason. They don't care about who they serve. It's all about the money even if it means $2.00. If you lose your ticket or forget to pay you could end up owing six times the amount you started out owing! Save yourself the hassle and enjoy a nice walk instead! Or at least make sure the Hilton will validate your ticket. I won't be going there anytime soon and neither will any of my groups. This is how it happened:\r

We had a convention at the Hilton. I went in to pick up items from the hotel and left. The hotel wasn't validating parking and I was told I had 20 minutes to leave. 20 MINUTES. There was a long line of cars and ONE Attendant at the parking structure who told me I had 10 minutes. I tried to explain my situation to her but she wouldn't listen. I had no money of any kind and drivers behind me were getting angry. I was coerced into signing a Promissory Note for $2.00 in order to get through.\r

I lost the Promissory Note. One month later I received a notice from a collection agency saying I owed $12.00! After a lot of searching, I finally reached someone at Republic. She said they sent a notice 2 weeks after the money was due (somehow I never got one-big surprise!) and there was nothing she could do. Now I'm paying 6 times the cost of something I shouldn't have been charged for in the first place. \r
