This company is horrible! It's owned by a closed minded bigot who hates video games and has a lackey with ""small groin syndrome"" overseeing the stores. They are unethical and don't pay their employees overtime, they don't give breaks, they file fraudulent insurance claims. They won't be in business long enough at this rate. By the way some inside information for the locals: *Movie Stars went out of business because it was OWNED by the SAME GUY and run by the same failure district manager. *they buy fakes from china so be sure to check and make sure you have real product *their owner denies the importance of internet *they copy games stop pricing charts *they violate UCC out right *they have no distribitor they go to best buy/walmar and toys r us, t o buy their product on sale and sell it higher in their store. *their rental dvds come from walmart *they have no real security system: it's all fake minus the motion detectors. Cameras are all fake ;D *they have no IT security system. Do business with them at your own risk! more

I have experience from behind the counter ,and was treated great until recently by Replay Games and DVD. When every single person in my store was laid-off with no warning for not making enough money. So I will give you a feel of how I viewed the store as I worked there. Pros: You get a Life-time warrenty that covers the cd if it does not have physical damage. Cons: Higher to equal prices then the competitor , low quality cd , horrible trade-in value then the competitor, and mostly undertrained employees. more
